SHIPPING

We ship worldwide.

Canadian orders are shipped with Canada Post and international orders are shipped with FedEx.

Shipping to Canada costs $10 USD.

Shipping to the US ranges from $15-20 USD.

International shipping for the following countries costs $25 USD :

Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Greenland, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Swiss, Switzerland, United Kingdom.

Shipping to Japan, Australia and New Zealand costs $35 USD.

For other countries, please view the shipping rates calculator located on the Cart page before you proceed to the Check Out.

International orders are subject to duty and custom fees. We are not responsible for these charges. By submitting your order, you agree to pay all applicable fees.

Please make sure you supply us with a full and correct shipping address, including your apartment number.

We do not ship to PO boxes.

In the event of an unsuccessful delivery due to an incomplete address, please note that additional shipping fees may apply for the reshipping of your order.

 

ORDER PROCESSING

You will get an email confirmation when your payment has been received, and another email with your tracking number when your order has been packed.

Please allow up to 3 days for the activation of your tracking number.

Once your tracking number is active, the approximate time of transit is:

Canada: 2-3 business days.

USA: 2-4 business days.

International: 3-5 business days.

 

PAYMENTS

Payments may be made using Paypal or Credit Card and are processed through Shopify Payments.

Prices are listed in United States Dollars.

Please note that if your order is being shipped to an address differing from the credit card’s Billing Address, we may request a picture of your ID or credit card matching the billing address.

 

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

All sales are final. Once an order has been confirmed, it is processed automatically and cannot be modified or canceled.
